Print Production Process

• Material Selection: All prints are produced using premium recycled archival papers and eco-friendly inks to ensure longevity and environmental responsibility.
• Printed on EPSON Sure Colour
• With 10 Colour Ultra-Chrome HDX Aqueous Inks
• Colour Management: Each image undergoes professional colour calibration using industry-standard ICC profiles to ensure accurate colour reproduction across all print sizes.
• Quality Control: Every print is individually inspected for colour accuracy, sharpness, and material defects before packaging.

Production Timeline

• Standard Orders: 3-5 business days processing time
• Large Format Prints (A1 PLUS): 5-7 business days processing time
• Rush Orders: Available upon request with 24-48 hour turnaround
• We Can Print max. 430 MM wide or A2 in House

• We use FUJIFILM GFX CAMERA AND LENS Equipment - Medium Format
• Capturing RAW Image files of 50 - 100 mp
• Resolution: All images are printed at minimum 300 DPI for optimal sharpness and detail retention.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Damaged Items: Full replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all prints. Return shipping costs Not covered for manufacturing defects.
• Custom Orders: Custom sized prints are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
